Acceptable use

The rule

Use these products for lawful business or personal work that the product is meant for. That is the whole of it, and everything below is an example rather than a new rule.

What will stop an account

• Trying to reach a part of the system you were not given, or somebody else’s workspace.
• Attacking or disrupting the service, or uploading anything designed to.
• Scraping, or driving the interface automatically at a rate a person could not.
• Working around a limit rather than asking about it.
• Auditing a website or a brand you neither own nor were asked to look at.
• Uploading material you have no right to use.
• Reselling access without being asked.

What we do about it

We may suspend an account doing any of that, and we will say why. Where it looks like a mistake rather than an attack, we will say so and ask first.

Where something is unlawful we may have to act without asking, and we will still tell you afterwards.
