Terms & Conditions
Last updated 9 September 2026
These terms govern your use of brandos.turtlelabs.co.in. They are deliberately short. Using the site means you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it.
Contents
1. Who you are dealing with
Turtle Labs Creative Agency, a brand and design practice with its head office in Kochi and studios in Nagpur, Bengaluru and New Delhi, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Turtle Labs" mean that firm; "you" means the person using the site.
Turtle Labs also operates turtlelabs.co.in as a parent group site covering the wider group of brands. Those pages carry their own terms. These terms apply to this site only.
2. What this site is
This site shows our work, publishes our writing, and offers three things you can use without paying or committing to anything: a brand score, a strategy workbook and a sustainability playbook. It is a shop window and a set of tools. It is not a platform, it hosts no user accounts for the public, and it sells nothing directly.
3. The brand score
The brand score asks ten questions and returns a number out of 100, a band, and a short report.
It is indicative, not a professional opinion. It is generated automatically from the answers you give, in about two minutes, without anyone at Turtle Labs looking at your brand. It is a conversation starter and a rough diagnostic, nothing more.
- The score reflects what you told us. Answer differently and it changes. We cannot check whether your answers are accurate.
- It is not a valuation, an audit, a legal opinion, a financial projection or a guarantee of any commercial outcome.
- Do not make significant business decisions on the strength of it alone. If a decision matters, talk to us or to another qualified adviser first.
- The report is yours. You may share it inside your organisation freely.
4. The workbook and playbook
The Brand Strategy Workbook and the Sustainable Brand Playbook are free. In exchange we ask for your name and email so we can send them and, occasionally, follow up. You can tell us to stop at any time.
You may use both documents inside your own organisation, print them, and work through them with your team, for as long as you like. You may not resell them, republish them, present them as your own work, or strip the Turtle Labs branding from them.
They contain general guidance written for a broad audience. They are not tailored advice for your particular business, and following them guarantees no specific result.
5. Everything else on the site
The design, code, words, photographs, illustrations, case studies and the Turtle Labs name and marks belong to Turtle Labs or to the clients who commissioned the work, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You are welcome to read the site, quote briefly from the Journal with a link back, and share pages. You may not copy the design or code, republish substantial parts of the writing, or use client work shown here to promote anything of your own.
Client logos and case studies appear with permission and remain the property of the businesses concerned.
6. Using the site properly
Please do not:
- Submit forms automatically, in bulk, or with details that are not yours
- Attempt to reach the Studio, the database or any part of the site you have not been given access to
- Probe, scan or test the site's security without our written permission
- Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other people
- Upload anything malicious, or anything unlawful
We may block access if any of this happens. If you think you have found a security flaw, please tell us at info@turtlelabs.co.in rather than demonstrating it. We would much rather hear from you and will take the report seriously.
7. Enquiries, quotes and contracts
Sending an enquiry, requesting a proposal or booking a call does not create a contract between us, and neither does our reply. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
Any figure mentioned here or in early conversation is indicative. We work together only once we have both signed a written proposal or statement of work setting out scope, timings and fees. That document, not this site, governs the engagement.
We may decline any enquiry without giving a reason.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it (including the brand score and the free documents) without notice.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.
9. Liability
The site and the free tools are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of this site or reliance on the brand score or the free documents.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you have engaged us under a signed contract, that contract's liability terms govern that work, not this section.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kochi, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, though we would much prefer to sort out a problem by talking first.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.

How we handle personal data is set out separately in our Privacy Policy.
A note on this document. It was drafted to describe this specific site and the way Turtle Labs actually works, rather than assembled from a template. It is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a qualified practitioner before you rely on it, particularly sections 9 and 10, where the right answer depends on how the business is constituted and where its clients are.
