Where a model is used

Where a page is produced by a model rather than by a person, the page says so before you pay for it.

A score is not a model output. The brand scorecard and the website audit are measured and scored by rules we wrote, which is why the same answers always produce the same score.

What a model output is

A suggestion with reasoning attached. It can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently both.

Read it before you use it. Nothing produced by a model should go to a customer, a regulator, a court or a bank without somebody having read it first.

It is not legal, financial, medical or regulatory advice, and we do not hold it out as any of those.

What stays yours

What you type, what you upload and what you publish. A model producing a draft does not make the draft ours or make the decision to use it ours.

You are responsible for having the right to whatever you put in.

Third-party models

Some features send the relevant part of a request to a model provider to get an answer back. Which providers those are can change as the products change, and the privacy notice lists who receives what.

Do not put sensitive personal information into a feature unless its page says that feature is built for it.
