Software subscriptions

Access is electronic and immediate. When a payment succeeds, the account it was made against is opened for the plan that was bought, and a receipt goes to the address on the account.

There is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for. If access has not appeared within a few minutes, write to info@turtlelabs.co.in and we will open it by hand.

A subscription runs until it is stopped. Stopping prevents the next renewal and the period already paid for runs to its end.

The free tools

The brand scorecard and the website audit are free and run immediately. No account is needed and nothing is charged.

A free tool is not a trial of a paid one. What it gives you is the whole of what it says it gives you.

Studio projects

Studio work is not sold from a page. It begins with a brief, and what is agreed is written down before anything is charged: the deliverables, the number of revisions, the milestones, the timeline, what we need from you, and when payment falls due.

That document is the contract for the work. Delivery is against it, in the formats it names.

Nothing is charged for a Studio project through a software checkout.

Monthly retainers

A retainer starts on the date agreed and continues until either side ends it, on the notice written into the agreement.

What it covers is defined in that agreement rather than on a pricing page, because the work differs by client.

Where a retainer includes advertising, the media spend is separate from the fee and is paid to the platform, not to us.
