Who owns what
Two answers, and they do not overlap.
Yours
What you write, upload, score and produce using these products stays yours. Your answers, your files, your clients’ records, your projects.
We hold them to run the service for you, and for nothing else. Closing an account does not transfer anything to us.
Ours
The software itself, the interfaces, the scoring methods, the question sets, the documentation and the Turtle Labs name and marks.
A subscription is permission to use those while it runs. It does not transfer them, and it does not survive the subscription.
Work the Studio does for you
What transfers on a Studio project, and when, is written into that project’s own agreement, because it differs by the kind of work and by what is being paid for.
Where nothing says otherwise, rights in the delivered work pass when the work is paid for in full.
