Whether things are running, and how to find out for yourself rather than taking our word for it.
Checking it yourself
Every hostname answers /version with the build that is running. If it answers at all, the application is up.
That is deliberately the whole of it. A status page maintained by hand says "all systems operational" during an outage, because the person who would update it is busy.
If something is down
Write to info@turtlelabs.co.in or send a message on WhatsApp. We would rather hear it twice than not at all.
Nothing here is sold with an uptime guarantee, and we are not going to print one we cannot measure.
Planned work
Deploys are quick and we do not take the estate down for them. If something needs a longer window, anybody with a workspace is told before it happens, not after.
